A Madrigal Moment

Tonight at Farragut Town Hall, Lisa and I heard the FHS Madrigal Singers. I repeat what I said after the FHS Patriotic Concert a few weeks ago. These teens make amazing music.

This evening, dressed in festive renaissance clothing, they helped us all ring in the Christmas season with a variety of holiday tunes. They performed some popular standards, such as “Silver Bells,” “Frosty the Snowman” and “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.” They also sang some more traditional madrigal selections as well.

It was a great way to mark the beginning of December and the countdown to Christmas here in Farragut.
