Class of 2013

It was a great ceremony - full of ‘Pomp and Circumstance’ (if you will).

I was very proud as I watched Paul and his FHS classmates - the Class of 2013 - graduate at Thompson Boling Arena on the UT campus on Saturday night.

The last four years have been an amazing ride. Congratulations and best wishes to all the graduates as they head off to the next chapter in their lives.

On a personal note…if you have an incoming high school student (or a young child for that matter), please remember to savor every moment. If someone tells you that time flies and you tend not to believe them, take it from the parent of a very recent graduate…it flies so quickly, it’s a blur.

And before you know it, you’re listening to “Pomp and Circumstance” again but this time, they’re playing it for your teen and his classmates!
